The FreightSnap Dimensioner Limited Warranty is included with every Dimensioner we build and install. Dimensioners are critical devices in logistics operations, and it is our goal that you achieve maximum availability of your Dimensioner during critical operations. Our one year limited warranty covers all parts, labor, and software utilized for the dimensioner to perform according to specifications. FreightSnap maintains an ample inventory of critical parts to provide a quick turn around in repairing any Dimensioner issue. FreightSnap also offers remote diagnostic support, which provides for maximum up time in your operation. We strongly encourage every customer to make use of this support option. Our warranty is limited to normal intended use of the Dimensioner. Customers can elect to extend the warranty on a year by year basis.
